Registration and Payment

Dear Participant,
Here below you can find the access to the online registration and payment system for the Conference.

Before going to the system, please, check out the Conference Fee and Payment Regulations.

Note, that completing the registration process is conditioned by making a payment.
The payment can be made in PLN or in EUR.
PayU is electronic payment provider.
The settlement of credit-card and e-transfer transactions is carried out by PayU in accordance with the PayU regulations.

The system allow the participants use a payment card or an electronic transfer and receive the invoices according to the needs.

If you need an invoice: before you go to the system, provide yourself with all details of the institution (as correct address details and tax identification number) that you will need the invoice for.

If you are a student up to Master’s degree and you would like to take advantage of the special price offer: before you go to the system, prepare the file with the scan of your ID card to be able to attach it while the process of registration.

If you are a current subscriber of the Polish Eye Tracking Conference’s Newsletter or you are a member of EARLI/SIG27 and you can take advantage of a special price offer: use your discount code number which you have been provided with by your organisation.

Please, mind that the date of receipt of the Conference fee to the account of the Organiser shall be considered the date of payment.

The number of participants is limited to 200.
The Organiser reserves the right to close the registration system when the participant number limit is reached by the persons who have registered and made the Conference fee payment.
The Registration and Payment System is opened till June 10th, 2018 or till when the participant number limit is reached.

We kindly inform that it is not possible to pay in cash for participating in the Conference.
